The KG-Q10G is one of the most powerful GMRS handheld radios with a superheterodyne receiver! It transmits on all 30 GMRS channels at up to 6 watts of power. it can receive on a wide spectrum of other bands too, including 136-174MHz VHF, 320-480MHz UHF, 714-999 MHz, airband frequencies in AM mode and CB channels in AM and FM mode. It has a NOAA weather mode, with weather alerts and 5 Weather Alert Notifications. It also features a built-in commercial FM radio.
The KG-Q10G is packed with powerful features, such as GPS location tracking, 999 programmable memory channels, channel and frequency modes, standard and non-standard CTCSS tones and DCS codes, CTCSS/DCS tone scan, channel scan, and priority channel scan.
The KG-Q10G has a full color dual channel display with 14 different colorful display themes. Four of these themes are customizable in the programming software to create your own color combinations.

The on/off/volume and channel knobs are stacked for simple access and control. It has two programmable side keys and a top key, each capable of two functions. The two PTT keys are also configurable. Even the Menu key has two functions, for access to two menus.
